GetRelief provides a structured settlement proposal submission service. We compile and submit collective proposals to relevant road traffic authorities on behalf of applicants. We do not provide legal advice, debt counselling, or debt management services.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Using this platform and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reduction, or waiver of any outstanding vehicle licence fees or penalties. All outcomes are determined solely and independently by the relevant road traffic authority.

3. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected and may have legal consequences.

4. Limitation of Liability

GetRelief's liability is limited to the extent permitted by South African law. We are not liable for any decisions made by road traffic authorities or for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
